Purchasing Design Home Group products through this website is reserved exclusively for self-employed professionals with a VAT number and for companies.
How to purchase on the website
1. Registration and login
To place an order, you must be registered and logged in.
If you don’t have an account yet, please register first.
2. Product selection
The online catalog is divided into categories and subcategories for easier browsing.
Once you have found the desired product:
- select the quantity (respecting the minimum packaging requirements);
- choose the colour (mandatory for items such as artificial flowers);
- confirm by clicking on the cart icon.
Note:
- if you want the same item in several colours, repeat the operation for each colour;
- if you want to select all available colours, use the dedicated button.
3. Check your cart
To review your order, click on the cart icon (top right).
From here, you can adjust quantities or remove items.
If no changes are needed, click “confirm”.
4. Choose payment
Select the payment method and fill in the required fields (if not already filled in).
5. Shipping costs
For orders under € 1.500,00 (VAT excluded) shipping costs will be charged, calculated on a case-by-case basis, and defined according to the most convenient logistics solution.
For orders above this amount, shipping is free.
6. Order confirmation and shipping
By clicking “confirm order”, your order is automatically sent to Design Home Group.
Our team will check the procedure and send you a copy of the order in two formats:
- a PDF file with product photos;
- an Excel file with detailed specifications.
The order must be definitively confirmed by the customer in order to proceed with the booking of the goods.
Goods will be shipped according to availability and the estimated arrival dates indicated in the online catalog.
